Software purchased on-line through our website is considered opened at the time of purchase and receiving the software serial number(s). There are evaluation versions of our software available via download to anyone interested. This allows all prospective buyers to evaluate the product at their leisure to ensure that the software meets their needs before purchasing. Due to the nature of the products offered at the StarPrintTools website, it is not viable to offer refunds on any online purchase unless some evidence is produced to show that the product does not meet the documented claims. This is directly caused by the fact that services purchased on this site are generally rendered immediately and cannot be returned or undone. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore, StarPrintTools does not accept product refunds since you have the ability to fully test our software prior to purchase, unless evidence is produced to show that the product does not meet documented claims. All credit card purchases from this site and any sub-sites are non-refundable beyond 30 days of making the purchase. If a technical error causes your transaction to only be partially processed in the case where you have been billed but the product was not rendered in full, you must make your claim via e-mail within 24 hours of the transaction. If no e-mail is received within 24 hours, the transaction is considered complete and the sale is final.
